SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING*

Whatever your goals it can be a minefield going it alone. You may want a personal trainer but can only really afford to go once each week which is unlikely to deliver all the goals you set out to achieve. Here’s why Small Group Personal Training will work for you:

Time is precious

It can be hard to find time to exercise. However, Small Group Personal Training is the perfect way to pack a lot into 40-50mins taking you closer to achieving your goals much quicker than doing it by yourself

ACCOUNTABILITY

You’ll find yourself in a group of up to 5 with similar goals pushing each other to stay on track and encouraging you to come back again and again and our coaches understand your challenges and work hard to keep you motivated

We’ll keep you on your toes

If you’re used to going to the gym and performing the same exercises over and over … yawn … you’ll find it refreshing to hear that with our Small Group Personal Training you’ll get used to all kinds of exercise and equipment, and more importantly, you’ll learn proper technique and form to make sure your training is safe and effective. Our programming takes into account all muscle groups so you get well-rounded workouts that will make you stronger and fitter

TEAM TRAINING*

Whilst our Small Group Personal Training works on your strength and conditioning we understand that it’s a good idea to compliment this with a bit of cardiovascular fitness and strength endurance. That’s where team training comes in.

In groups of up to 15, our team training classes are fast pace with little time to rest. We use bodyweight, cardio equipment and different types of weights to provide constantly varying exercise sessions to keep you guessing.

Team training is for those who are looking for a fun way to train that isn’t too technical, which raises your heart rate and gets you sweaty. It’s a great way to feel like you’ve “emptied your tank”

NUTRITION COACHING*

We understand what it feels like to be bombarded with all sorts of nutrition rubbish. And we’ve fallen victim to it in the past ourselves.

We know that everyone is different and that it’s extremely helpful to be able to pick through the trash and find the best solution for you. That’s why our Nutrition Coaches listen to you, educate, and advise evidence-informed nutritional interventions that will work best for you.

Our belief is that Nutrition should be flexible, enjoyable and not too restrictive so that your way of eating becomes sustainable, providing long-lasting results.
